- Change filters
- Check thermostat, change batteries if needed
- Check all vents for proper airflow and temperature
Fall Heating service:
- Pull and clean burners
- Clean flame sensor
- Vacuum and clean the burner cabinet
- Check for gas leaks - Check for carbon monoxide
- Check temperature rise
- Check gas pressure, adjust if needed - Change filter

Fall Heating Service:

- Clean and sanitize evaporator coil and condensate pan
- Clean and flush condensate lines and add enzyme drain treatment
- Pull and clean the blower motor and blower wheel
- Vacuum and clean out the blower motor cabinet
- Pull and clean burners on the heating system
- Clean flame sensor
- Vacuum and clean the burner cabinet
